We were purposefully vague with the menu options because, lets face it, everyone loves a surprise. Just in case you aren’t the type who likes a surprise, here are all the details on the dinner:
Meat = Chimichurri Beef Filet
grilled beef tenderloin steak with a chimichurri
herb dressing served with crisp Yukon gold potato
wedges and market fresh seasonal vegetables
Seafood = Poached Salmon and Béarnaise Reduction
served with saffron whipped potatoes,
crisp shallots and market fresh seasonal vegetables
Strict Vegetarian = Spinach and Basil Risotto Cakes
with corn salad, spicy carrot-lime essence
and crisp carrot ‘hay
Children’s = Chicken Fingers and Fries
pretty self explanatory.
